hey i just signed up and look forward to meeting you and everyone. Regarding your back muscles if you throw a tennis call into a pillowcase then swing it over your shoulder behind your back and lean up against a wall it can work wonders for self-message. Just in case you didn't know. :)

Julia, it was nice meeting you at Mike's. I'm having such a tough time right now. The side effects of all the medications I'm taking are unbearable (memory loss and blurred vision). I found out that I have arthritis now in my knees, hands and feet. I've been off work for 3-months and have now been extended 2 more mos. I'm so discouraged, but did go to water aerobics today at 24-hour fitness. Thanks, Denise 949-646-1083
